What DDoS protection capacity do you offer?add
200 Gbps of always-on DDoS filtering at the network edge covering L3/L4 volumetric and protocol attacks. Protection is automatic from the moment your instance is provisioned — no configuration needed, no extra charges.
What happens to my service during a DDoS attack?add
Your service continues running uninterrupted. Malicious traffic is filtered at the edge before it reaches your instance. Clean traffic is forwarded with zero added latency.
How does VM isolation work?add
Every VM runs on KVM with hardware-assisted virtualization. Each instance has its own dedicated kernel, memory space and vCPU allocation. IOMMU enforcement ensures strict hardware-level boundaries. Each VM operates on its own private VLAN.
What is your network infrastructure?add
Dedicated 20 Gbps private backbone with redundant switches, routers and dedicated hardware firewall. Every active network element is fully duplicated with automatic failover.
Can I configure my own firewall rules?add
Yes. Every instance ships with sane firewall defaults — SSH hardened, unnecessary ports closed, rate limiting enabled. You have full root access to configure iptables, nftables or any firewall solution you prefer.
How do you handle network abuse?add
Automated detection for outbound abuse, port scanning and anomalous traffic patterns. Offending instances are isolated immediately. We notify the account holder and require resolution before restoring full network access.
What about data privacy and GDPR?add
RDPCORE DC LTD is registered in England and Wales with infrastructure in Prague, Czech Republic. We operate under EU data protection regulations including GDPR. We do not access, inspect or share your data.
How are incidents communicated?add
All incidents are posted to our public status page in real time. Affected customers receive email notifications. For major incidents, we publish detailed post-mortems within 48 hours including root cause analysis and preventive measures.
What physical security measures are in place?add
Our Prague datacenter features 24/7 on-site security, biometric access controls, CCTV surveillance, mantrap entry systems and visitor logging. Physical access is restricted to authorized engineering personnel only.
What compliance standards do you follow?add
Our Prague datacenter is Tier III+ certified. We follow GDPR requirements for data protection. Infrastructure is powered by renewable energy. RDPCORE DC LTD is a UK-registered company (England and Wales).
