1. Parties 1.1 Outgoing email is limited to 50 emails per hour per hosting account. RDPCORE reserves the right to adjust this limit. 1.2 By registering and ordering services via www.rdpcore.com or related domains, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Agreement.

2. Subject 2.1 This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the Customer in relation to the use of hosting, domain registration, and related services provided by RDPCORE.

2.2 Information provided by the Customer during registration is assumed to be accurate and will be used for service delivery, billing, and communication.

3. RDPCORE Responsibilities 3.1 Upon receipt of payment, RDPCORE agrees to provide the services ordered by the Customer.

3.2 Service credentials (usernames, passwords, IP addresses) will be delivered to the Customer. Responsibility for protecting this information rests solely with the Customer.

3.3 RDPCORE will take reasonable care to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

3.4 Backup facilities may be offered as part of certain services, but ultimate responsibility for maintaining backups rests with the Customer.

4. Customer Responsibilities 4.1 The Customer shall use services in compliance with applicable UK laws, international regulations, and RDPCORE's Acceptable Use Policy.

4.2 The Customer is fully responsible for all content, files, and activities hosted on RDPCORE servers, including compliance with data protection and copyright laws.

4.3 The Customer must not:

  • Send unsolicited bulk email (spam)
  • Engage in phishing, malware distribution, or hacking
  • Infringe intellectual property rights (Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988, Trade Marks Act 1994, etc.)
  • Consume excessive system resources on shared platforms
  • Conduct illegal activities prohibited under UK or EU law

4.4 The Customer is responsible for ensuring accurate domain WHOIS details, renewals, and transfer settings.

4.5 Any taxes, fees, or legal obligations arising from the Customer's use of the services are the sole responsibility of the Customer.

5. Domains 5.1 Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are processed via third-party registries. RDPCORE acts as an intermediary.

5.2 Domain services grant rights of use for a fixed period and are non-refundable once processed.

5.3 Failure to renew domains on time may lead to suspension, redemption fees, or loss of ownership.

6. Fees & Payment

6.1 Fees are displayed at the time of order. VAT will be applied in accordance with UK tax regulations.

6.2 RDPCORE reserves the right to adjust service fees due to inflation, exchange rate fluctuations, or registry price changes.

6.3 In case of late payment, services may be suspended. For server rentals, data may be deleted after 10 days of non-payment.

7. Suspension & Termination 7.1 RDPCORE may suspend services without notice if:

  • Payments are overdue
  • Services are used for prohibited activities
  • Excessive or harmful resource usage is detected
7.2 RDPCORE may terminate the Agreement immediately if the Customer breaches any terms.

7.3 The Customer may cancel services by providing notice through the control panel before the renewal date.

8. Liability 8.1 RDPCORE shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of data caused by Customer negligence
  • Service interruptions due to external factors (e.g., network failures, DDoS attacks)
  • Damages caused by Customer misuse or illegal activities

8.2 RDPCORE's total liability under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the affected service in the preceding 30 days.

9. Communication 9.1 Notices will be sent to the email address provided by the Customer at registration.

9.2 The Customer must keep contact information up to date.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction 10.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

1. Hosting Usage
1.1 Outgoing email is limited to 50 emails per hour per hosting account. RDPCORE reserves the right to adjust this limit. 1.2 Customer backups may be retained on our servers for up to 15 days and may then be deleted automatically. 1.3 Hosting packages must be used only for standard web hosting purposes. Use as file sharing, backup storage, download centers, or similar purposes is prohibited. 1.4 Bulk or unsolicited email (spam) is strictly prohibited. 1.5 Customers are solely responsible for backing up their own data. RDPCORE accepts no liability for data loss. 1.6 Complimentary backup quotas are limited to 2 GB and 100,000 inodes. Data exceeding these limits is excluded from backup. 1.7 Free website transfer services are provided on a best-effort basis with no guarantee. 1.8 "Unlimited" resources are subject to fair use. Indicative thresholds: monthly traffic up to 50 GB, disk usage up to 10 GB. 1.9 Unless otherwise stated, CPU usage is limited to one full processor core. In certain packages, this may be increased. 1.10 Default inode/file limit is 200,000 per account. 1.11 Parked or alias domains may only point to the main hosted website. Use for email-only or unrelated services is prohibited. 1.12 Customers must ensure they have legal rights to use any addon/alias domains. 1.13 Custom PHP functions or modules beyond the hosting environment are not supported. 1.14 SSH access is not provided on shared hosting services. 1.15 Dangerous PHP functions (exec, popen, proc_open, etc.) are disabled. 1.16 RDPCORE monitors resource usage and may suspend, limit, or restrict accounts exceeding fair use policies. 1.17 RDPCORE may change servers, IPs, or infrastructure as required without prior notice. 1.18 Campaigns, discounts, or promotions are personal and non-transferable. Abuse will result in suspension. 1.19 Each hosting package is limited to one administrative account. Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may be suspended. 1.20 RDPCORE reserves the right to terminate services and issue a refund at its sole discretion. 1.21 RDPCORE reserves the right to amend package features or service terms.
2. Domains

2.1 Domain registrations, transfers, and renewals are subject to registry rules.

2.2 Domains registered must not infringe trademarks, financial institutions, or promote illegal activities.

2.3 Failure to renew domains may lead to suspension, redemption fees, or loss of ownership.

3. Prohibited Content and Activities

The following activities and content are strictly prohibited:

  • Spam, phishing, or fraud attempts
  • Malware distribution, hacking tools, brute-force attacks
  • IRC servers, proxy scripts, anonymizers
  • Warez/pirated content, copyright infringement
  • High-yield investment programs, Ponzi, MLM schemes
  • Child sexual abuse material (immediate suspension)
  • Illegal streaming of copyrighted content (sports, films, TV)
  • Cryptocurrency mining on shared hosting
  • Excessive cron jobs (less than 15-minute intervals)
  • Any activities violating UK law, GDPR, or applicable international laws
4. Policies

4.1 RDPCORE enforces fair usage to protect system performance and service quality for all customers.

4.2 We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy on spam.

4.3 Customers are solely responsible for maintaining their own backups, even if RDPCORE provides additional backup options.

4.4 Abusive or offensive behaviour towards RDPCORE staff will result in immediate service suspension without refund.

5. Termination

5.1 RDPCORE may suspend or terminate services if the Customer breaches these terms.

5.2 The Customer may cancel services before the renewal date via the client portal.

5.3 No refunds are available for domain registrations once processed.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

1. Hosting & Reseller Services
1.1 Outgoing email is limited to 50 emails per hour per hosting account. RDPCORE reserves the right to adjust this limit. 1.2 Customer backups may be retained on our servers for up to 15 days and may then be deleted automatically. 1.3 Hosting packages must be used only for standard web hosting purposes. Use as file sharing, backup storage, download centers, or similar purposes is prohibited.
2. Virtual Servers (VDS) & Dedicated Servers

2.1 RDPCORE does not perform backups on Virtual Servers (VDS) or Dedicated Servers.

2.2 Customers may request paid backup services during order or via support. RDPCORE may assist in configuring backups; however, it is the Customer's responsibility to ensure functionality.

2.3 RDPCORE shall not be liable for any data loss arising from hardware or disk failures where no paid backup service has been purchased.

3. Physical Servers

3.1 For rented physical servers, RDPCORE provides no free or paid backup services.

3.2 All responsibility for data backup and recovery lies entirely with the Customer.

4. Paid Backup Services

4.1 Customers may purchase 3 to 7-day backup cycles as an additional service.

4.2 These backups are stored on separate backup servers and may be restored upon request.

4.3 Customers with active backup subscriptions are entitled to up to 7 free restores per month. Additional restores may be subject to extra fees.

4.4 Backups are system-level snapshots. RDPCORE cannot be held responsible for corrupted backups or issues that existed at the time a backup was taken.

5. Account Termination & Backup Removal

5.1 Accounts overdue by 7 days may be suspended and data deleted from servers.

5.2 Once a service is terminated or deleted, all associated backups are permanently removed.

5.3 Customers cannot request backups after service expiry or termination.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Backups provided by RDPCORE are offered without warranty.

6.2 The ultimate responsibility for maintaining complete and up-to-date backups lies with the Customer.

6.3 RDPCORE shall not be held liable for any loss of data, corruption of backups, or indirect damages arising from backup-related issues.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refunds may only be issued where:

  • The service has not yet commenced, and
  • The product/service is resalable in the same condition.

2.2 Refunds will not apply to the following non-refundable products/services:

  • Domain registrations, renewals, or transfers
  • SSL certificates or third-party licensed products
  • Technical support or setup services
  • Virtual server (VPS/VDS), dedicated server, or physical server services
  • Cloud services
  • Free services, trial services, or promotional products

2.3 Customers have the right to withdraw from an unused service within 14 calendar days of purchase, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, unless the service has already been activated.

3. Refund Method

3.1 Approved refunds will be processed within 15 business days via the original payment method.

3.2 For card payments, transaction fees, bank charges, or third-party costs may be deducted.

3.3 Refunds may alternatively be provided as account credit, which can be used towards other RDPCORE products or services. Account credits are non-cashable.

4. Foreign Currency Transactions

4.1 Refunds will be processed in the original payment currency. Exchange rate differences or fluctuations will not be covered by RDPCORE.

5. Rejection of Refund Requests

5.1 RDPCORE reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not comply with this policy.

5.2 Misuse of services, violation of terms, or abuse of promotional offers will void refund eligibility.

6. Withdrawal of Refund Requests

6.1 Customers may withdraw a refund request at any time prior to its completion by contacting support.
