Prohibited Activities

10.1: Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, any acts and behaviors that are considered illegal under the law, such as the following:

Spam Sending: Spam is the unsolicited sending of bulk and/or commercial messages via the internet. Spam sending can harm the service provider’s commercial reputation and reliability, and may also cause the systems to be overloaded, resulting in a decline in the quality of services provided to customers. Customers receiving services from the service provider cannot send spam, nor can they run systems in a way that facilitates spam or allow third parties to use the system in an unsecured manner.

Crimes Against Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights and Personal Rights: This includes acts that would be crimes under the “Intellectual and Artistic Works Law,” “Trademark Law,” “Patent Rights Protection Law,” and other related legislation, as well as crimes related to the privacy of personal life and personal rights.

Phishing Attacks: Phishing involves deceiving users through fake websites and emails to capture sensitive information, such as identity details, credit card information, bank account numbers, and passwords.

Unauthorized Access to Other Computers and Networks: Attempting to access computers, user accounts, or networks that belong to others through unauthorized or illegal means (hacking), and other activities that enable unauthorized access to systems (port scan, stealth scan, etc.).

Virus, Worm, Trojan Horse, and Other Malicious Activities: Sending internet viruses, trojans, or engaging in activities such as pinging, flooding, and mailbombing that could disrupt the service provider’s network or related networks, systems, services, or devices.

Excessive Resource Usage on Shared Servers: The service provider offers services through shared hardware platforms under hosting services. If a website creates excessive traffic or consumes excessive resources, or if there is heavy email sending/receiving from email hosting services, or if a virtual server under shared hosting uses excessive CPU or generates excessive traffic, the service provider reserves the right to suspend the service temporarily or indefinitely without prior notice in order to prevent negative effects on other customers using the same hardware platform.

Validity of the Agreement and Termination for Breach

11.1: Any changes to this agreement, which the customer accepted during the online application, will be communicated to the customer through the website or via email. The customer is considered to have accepted the changes by continuing to use Rdpcore's services.

11.2: The customer may terminate the agreement at any time by notifying Rdpcore until the renewal date specified for the service or by submitting a cancellation request through the customer control panel.

11.3: Rdpcore may unilaterally terminate the agreement without prior notice for the following reasons:

The customer transfers, in whole or in part, the services they receive or rights granted under this agreement without Rdpcore's written consent. A bankruptcy decision is made against the customer or their payments are suspended. The customer defaults on payments as specified in section 9.1. The customer violates any condition in this agreement or the "general service terms," in which case Rdpcore can terminate the services provided without prior notice and/or cancel the agreement. In such a case, any previously paid fees will not be refunded.

Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

12.1: This agreement, including the 11 main articles and their sub-headings, has been read and understood by both parties and signed (Signing is considered completed when the order is sent from the site to Rdpcore). If Rdpcore deems necessary, it may add, remove, or change articles or sub-headings. Rdpcore will notify the customer of any changes via email, and the customer declares and undertakes to accept the changes in advance.

Hosting Usage Terms

1.1: The email sending limit is up to 50 emails per hour. rdpcore.com may change the hourly sending limits.

1.2: Backups taken by the customer will be stored on the server for 15 days and may be automatically deleted by the system afterward.

1.3: Packages cannot be used for purposes contrary to web hosting concepts, such as file sharing, file/data storage, download centers, or backup areas.

1.4: Packages cannot be used for bulk/spam email sending. rdpcore.com may impose restrictions on hourly sending limits if necessary.

1.5: The customer is responsible for backing up their own data. Our company cannot be held responsible for any data loss.

1.6: The goodwill backup quota is 2 GB and 100,000 inodes. There is no backup guarantee for data exceeding the 2 GB and 100,000 inode file limit.

1.7: No 100% guarantee can be given for free site transfer services, and support may be limited depending on the size and number of sites.

1.8: Unlimited features are based on the principle of good faith usage. The goal is for customers to use their packages within good faith without encountering any limits. These packages are subject to CPU limit based on this principle. The good faith monthly traffic usage checkpoint is 50 GB. The good faith disk usage checkpoint is 10 GB.

1.9: Unless otherwise stated, the CPU usage limit for our packages is up to 100% of one processor core. In certain packages, this may rise to up to 400%.

1.10: Unless otherwise stated, the file limit (inode limit) for hosting packages is 200,000.

1.11: For all hosting packages, parked (alias) domains can only be used for the equivalent of the current website. In cases where the website is not involved (such as email, etc.), Rdpcore can suspend the related services without prior notice.

1.12: Addon / Alias / Park domain names used in hosting services can only be used if they are registered as domain names in the user's account. If domains that are not owned by the user or registered with another company are used, it is the responsibility of the user to prove their right to use the domain name. Rdpcore may suspend the use of these additional domain names or remove them from the hosting service if deemed necessary.

1.13: On shared hosting infrastructure, additional functions beyond those provided by the php functions available in the control panel cannot be provided. Users wishing to install third-party modules on standard applications (WordPress, OpenCart, etc.) must check the functionality of these modules before installing them.

1.14: Users receiving services from our shared hosting infrastructure do not have SSH access.

1.15: PHP functions such as exec, escapeshellarg, popen, and proc_open are not allowed on our shared hosting infrastructure.

1.16: rdpcore.com may periodically monitor resource usage (CPU, file count/size, MySQL, MSSQL, traffic, disk usage, etc.) and may ask the customer to reduce their resource usage. If package limits or good faith usage principles are exceeded, the system may automatically apply limitations, stop services, redirect to a special page, or restrict access.

1.17: rdpcore.com reserves the right to make changes to the IP, server, and infrastructure for active packages without prior notice, regardless of resource usage or server performance criteria, if deemed necessary.

1.18: Unless otherwise specified, campaigns, promotions, discounts, free additional time, etc., are personal to the company or individual. If it is detected that the benefits provided through accounts created under different names, emails, or phone numbers are used outside the designated rules, Rdpcore may suspend the related account and service without notice and demand payment for the difference in benefits used.

1.19: Each account has a single administrator account. If a user opens accounts with different or similar names or information, Rdpcore may suspend the related accounts and services without notice and may restrict access to these accounts.

1.20: rdpcore.com has the right to terminate services and issue refunds without providing a reason at any time.

Policies

1: Our top priority is to provide all our users with seamless and high-standard services. The rules and limits mentioned in the package details have been set within this priority. Therefore, disk, traffic, CPU, and other resource consumption that negatively impacts our main system and other users sharing the system will not be allowed.

2: All individual and corporate users have the right to use a healthy email service. Our zero-tolerance policy towards spam and other measures we take ensure the continuity of this service.

3: We are aware that the data of our users may be valuable. However, we cannot determine how valuable it is. We expect users to notify us if their data exceeds the monthly hosting service fee. Therefore, even if users receive backup services, we recommend they regularly back up their sites on their own computers. Every user must be aware that the responsibility of backing up data lies 100% with them. In case of data loss, even if additional backup services have not been purchased, we are happy to share backups taken against system failures if available.

4: We would like to emphasize that the limits and resources of our packages and their use are always based on the principle of good faith, and all actions are carried out with this principle in mind.

5: Any offensive behavior towards our employees will lead to the suspension/termination of your account/service without a refund.

By registering, you agree to and accept all the terms listed above as well as all contracts on our website (backup, cancellation and refund, support).

Hosting and Reseller Services

For our Hosting and Reseller services, we take automatic server backups every 3 days. However, these backups are taken for possible system failures. Customers are obligated to take their own backups. Our company may share the backups with customers on a goodwill basis at its discretion.

In case of issues arising from hardware or software on Hosting, Reseller, and SEO Reseller servers, the service owner is responsible for their own backup. Our company is never liable.

Backups are valid for websites that do not exceed 2 GB. Websites exceeding 2 GB are outside the backup scope, and our company cannot be held responsible for any issues arising on these sites. The customer is responsible for taking their own backup.

Virtual Server Services

No backups are taken by our company on VDS and Dedicated servers due to the costs of the backup system. However, our support team provides assistance regarding backup configuration requests from customers for customer satisfaction. Although backups may be configured by our company, the functionality of the backups must be checked by the customer. Our company does not accept responsibility for any issues that may arise.

Since services are provided with backup costs deducted and no backups are taken, our company cannot be held responsible for data loss caused by hardware or disk failures. If no paid backup service is taken, the responsibility lies entirely with the user. No claims can be made against our company in this regard.

Physical Server Services

No paid or free backups are taken for physical servers rented or hosting services.

All backup responsibilities lie with the user who rents or hosts the server. Our company will not accept responsibility under any circumstances.

Paid Backups

Paid backups are selected as 3 to 7 days during the order process. These backups are stored on our backup servers on behalf of our customers. In the event of any disruption, customers can request these backups by opening a support request.

Customers who have purchased backup services may request up to 7 backup restores within one month. For requests exceeding 7 restores, an additional fee will be charged.

Since the backups are taken as server-based image backups, our company is not responsible if the backups are corrupted or if a backup is taken when the website is already malfunctioning.

Account Deletion and Backup Removal

Accounts with payment overdue by 7 days will be deleted from the servers. Therefore, customers cannot request backups after their service period has ended, as the backups, including those taken, will be deleted from the servers. Our company cannot be held responsible for any possible inconvenience caused by this.

We use two types of cookies: persistent cookies and session cookies. Persistent cookies help us recognize you as an existing user, so it becomes easier to return to Rdpcore or interact with our services without needing to log in again. After you log in, the persistent cookie remains in your browser and is read by Rdpcore when you return to one of our sites or to a partner site that uses our services. Session cookies are active only during your session (typically the visit to the website or the browser session).

What are cookies used for?

Cookies can be used to recognize you when you visit Rdpcore, remember your preferences, and provide you with a personalized experience consistent with your settings. Cookies also make your interactions with Rdpcore faster and more secure. Additionally, cookies allow us to present content to you both on the Rdpcore site and across other sites.

Authentication: When you log in to Rdpcore, cookies help us deliver the correct information to you and personalize your experience.

Security: We use cookies to enable and support security features and to detect malicious activities and violations of our User Agreement.

Technical Features and Services: Cookies inform us of your language preference and communication preferences. They make it easier for you to fill out forms on Rdpcore. Cookies also allow us to present features, insights, and personalized content related to our plugins. More information about plugins can be found in our Privacy Policy.

Performance, Analytics, and Research: Cookies help us understand the performance of our site and plugins in different locations. We also use cookies to understand, improve, and research our products, features, and services when accessed from other websites, applications, or from your work computer or mobile device.

Our Cancellation Policy

To cancel the services you have purchased from our company, you must log in to your customer control panel with your email address and password. Once you have entered the service details, you can fill out the form under the "Cancellation Request" option to proceed with the cancellation. No new invoice will be created for the service at the time of the next payment.

Services that have not been used but for which no cancellation request has been made will not be considered canceled. A new invoice will be generated at each new payment time. If you do not wish to fill out the cancellation form, you can send an email from the email address registered in your customer panel.

For customers who make purchases with a credit card and later dispute the payment through the bank by claiming "the purchase was not made by them" during or after service use, without informing or obtaining approval from our company, their account and all services will be permanently deleted and suspended. The customer's name, surname, email address, IP address, and identification number will be added to our blacklist. If you have a valid reason, we kindly ask you to contact our company before this process. Our company is generally lenient in such cases.

For customers who make purchases with a credit card, the information provided at the time of registration, such as addresses, phone numbers, and IP addresses recorded during the order process, will be reviewed and logged. Additionally, through a control mechanism, if you attempt to make a purchase with a problematic credit card, your order will be automatically blocked.
